macro breakdown of nutrients

Hi,

 

Day 16!

 

Just had a question regarding meals - I want to make sure I am getting the breakdown of carb/fat/protein

correct.

 

I track my food via sparkpeople - it gives me this analysis of meals for one day.

 

Total Calories 1441, Carbs 20%, Fats 55%, and protein 24%.

Also the anaysis indicates I am not consuming enough calcium. - 36 grams

 

I am looking at this thinking I need to possibly up my protein and lower fat intake?

What do you guys think?

What are some good paleo sources of calicum, that are not all leafy greens, I eat alot of salad already.

Whole30 frowns on tracking calories, carbs etc. You should follow the meal planning template to make sure you are getting enough food. If you eat a variety of meats and veggies you should get all the nutrients you need.
