laurobnat
Hi, Day 16! Just had a question regarding meals - I want to make sure I am getting the breakdown of carb/fat/protein correct. I track my food via sparkpeople - it gives me this analysis of meals for one day. Total Calories 1441, Carbs 20%, Fats 55%, and protein 24%. Also the anaysis indicates I am not consuming enough calcium. - 36 grams I am looking at this thinking I need to possibly up my protein and lower fat intake? What do you guys think? What are some good paleo sources of calicum, that are not all leafy greens, I eat alot of salad already. Thanks

Thanks Whole30 frowns on tracking calories, carbs etc. You should follow the meal planning template to make sure you are getting enough food. If you eat a variety of meats and veggies you should get all the nutrients you need. Also make sure you are drinking 1/2 your weight in oz of water every day. http://whole30.com/downloads/whole30-meal-planning.pdf. Here is a link for the top 10 veggies with calcium. http://www.healthaliciousness.com/articles/high-calcium-vegetables.php. Good Luck!
Robin Strathdee
Ditch the macro-analysis and go for the general recommendations in the template Tina linked above. Much easier that way
