Feeling ill

Around day 25 I ate something that seriously didn't agree with me, my stomach feels like I have the flu but no other symptoms of a virus (that's why I assume it was something I ate, although I can't pinpoint it) over the last few days this has left me feeling terrible and with NO APPETITE. I can't really stomach meat and vegetables. The only thing I can really tolerate is fruit. I can eat a handful of grapes at a time, or an apple or some watermelon. Nothing heavy but I am worried about what this will do to my results. Should I really force myself to eat a more balanced meal (I'm not sure i really could) or will I be ok?
