I found that making sure I got some good fat (hooray avocado tree!) with my meals, especially breakfast, has been helping a lot. Liam Posted August 3, 2012 Share Posted August 3, 2012 I've just been eating them "straight out of the container" lately w/ a little salt. They're falling off the tree faster than we can eat them. We've frozen some as an experiment. My wife laughs that I'm a guac purist. I only want a little salt and lime/lemon and leave the avo chunky. We're both off tomatoes for a bit (me in support of her).
