Good on ya Cindi, keep it up! I found that making sure I got some good fat (hooray avocado tree!) with my meals, especially breakfast, has been helping a lot. I hear you on the gum, but more for the minty taste in my mouth in my case. Hard not to automatically put stevia in my tea....

I've just been eating them "straight out of the container" lately w/ a little salt. They're falling off the tree faster than we can eat them. We've frozen some as an experiment. My wife laughs that I'm a guac purist. I only want a little salt and lime/lemon and leave the avo chunky. We're both off tomatoes for a bit (me in support of her).
