bekahellen
I'm on day 15 and it just now crossed my mind that I probably am not getting enough calcium. I have never really been much of a vitamin taker since I figured I got enough nutrients from food, but without having dairy in my diet I am a little concerned about calcium. I am a 20 year old female with arthritis and bone loss running in the family so I need to be careful about getting enough of it. The only Whole30 foods with calcium I can think of are dark green vegetables, but I feel like it won't be enough. Any other suggestions for foods or maybe compliant supplements? Also, if I was only doing this for 30 days I wouldn't be as worried, but after my Whole30 I plan to stay on a mostly Paleo diet, so I still won't be having dairy frequently.
