Hi everyone! Hope you all have wonderful success stories. I tried whole30 back in December but failed Christmas Day after sticking with the plan for 21 days. :( I have a serious addiction to grains. Lol. I'm very active (hike every week, run 3 times a week, crossfit 5 times a week) but I've always struggled with food. I can't seem to put the fork down when it comes to pasta or not reach over for the baguette. I need more self control. Not going to fail this time around.
