Summer Posted April 13, 2014 Share Posted April 13, 2014 Hi there, Does anyone know if Kresser's book, "Paleo Code" has specific blood work recommendations for a person who has no known issues or problems? I have the book and have been paging through it and can't seem to find anything (No time to read it all the way thru yet). Or maybe articles that might help with this information? I do have Dr. Perlmutter's recommendation too. I want to get a comprehensive blood testing panel for myself and want to make sure I get the most necessary options for my first one. There are tons of different opinions/recommendations out there, I know. Just trying to see if anyone has any CK's info. quicker then I can find it? Many thanks!
