Starting Today, Apr 13th

Hi all,


I'm in my mid 50s and am starting the Whole30 today with my husband and a good friend.


So far I have found that black coffee really ISN'T that bad. 


I've been avoiding gluten for a while now but need to shed some pounds, get more energy and clarity of mind. Sugar, fat, and alcohol are my Achilles heel. Hey, at least I don't have to give up the fat, right?


Looking forward to this journey and to fitting back into some of my old, favorite clothes.
