Clare_S Posted April 13, 2014 Share Posted April 13, 2014 I'm currently on day 15 and have just had my parents round for dinner. Since I started my Whole30 they have been away and so it's the first time I've seen them. Now I know I've lost some weight; I can feel it in my clothes but I wasn't expecting this comment from my Mum: "You can see you've lost weight. You look ten years younger." Wow! There's my incentive to carry on if it gets tough between now and the end! I'm surprised at how much of a difference my Mum can see (and clearly it's a much needed improvement because she followed up with "because let's be honest, being fat does age you."
