April 14 Start Date

Hi All!

I will be starting my first Whole30 on Monday, April 14. My husband will be following the program with me and we are both nervous and excited! It will be difficult for us to give up starches, dairy and the occasional beer, but I think the benefits will far outweigh the cravings for unhealthy foods. I am hoping to gain energy, lift my mental fog, reduce my coffee intake, gain a sunnier disposition, gain control over what I eat and how much and create a better body image. I will update our progress throughout the program. Here's to a happier, healthier life!
