crossfitkate Posted April 13, 2014 Share Posted April 13, 2014 I'm starting my first Whole30 tomorrow, April 14th. I had my second child three weeks ago and I'm ready to clean up my diet and hopefully lose weight before I get back to exercising. A few years ago I did both Crossfit and ate paleo and was please with how strong I felt. Right now though I'm pretty out of shape. My plan is to focus on eating well first and then add back in running and body weight exercises and then get back to crossfit. here we go! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

MercitaGirl Posted April 13, 2014 Share Posted April 13, 2014 I'm starting Monday as well- this will be my third round since last September. The good news is my breaks are fewer and far between..
