adr0098 Posted April 14, 2014 Share Posted April 14, 2014 So I started my official Whole30 today after reading about it a few weeks ago and trying to ease into it by cutting back on things and being aware of when and where forbidden foods might show up. I even went grocery shopping last week, trying to plan ahead for going out of town this past weekend. Sooooo. I woke up this morning, really excited to make ham and egg "mcmuffin" cups... Only to realize that I had bought a family sized package of all natural HONEY cured ham.... Siiiiiiiigh. Haha. So I texted my honey to let him know he had a lot of ham to eat and scrambled myself some eggs for breakfast instead. Thankfully this is only day one and I'm able to laugh it off and move on. Haha. I still plan to eliminate the added sugars.
