lauurreeen
After a whirlwind weekend of grocery shopping, cleaning out the pantry and meal prepping. Today is my first day of Whole30. I'm so very excited to start on this journey!

dcducks1
Best of luck to you. If you find half of the energy I have, you will be very successful with this Whole 30. I will list some of the things I witnessed since I started (17 days ago). I was dizzy for a couple days and had crazy cravings for things I hadn't eaten in 10-15 years. This was all gone by day 5. I sleep great, tons of energy, don't feel hungry, acid reflux is gone, allergies are sooooo much better, and my clothes are fitting loosely. It is my understanding that this isn't really a weight loss program, but I can tell in the mirror and while putting on my clothes that i have lost something. Time seems to be flying now! More than half way done and still going strong. We had a cold front come in last night and take away our 80 degree weather and I woke up to 32 and ice on the ground. As bad as that sounds, there is a silver lining. I had bought a beautiful wool coat about a year ago which was snug when I got it and it got to the point that I was not going to button it close without being uncomfortable. I am happy to say that it fit perfect this morning! Have a great day! Dave
