You know, people dancing while chopping veggies, grilling meat, chowing down, walking/running, working out, then making meals again, chowing down, sleeping (one can smile and shimmy under the covers), getting up with a bounce, etc., etc. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
ninadude Posted April 15, 2014 Share Posted April 15, 2014 ... feeling that one's work skirt is now a bit too big... slipping on those jeans that used to be too uncomfortably tight to wear... seeing a less puffy, red face reflection in the mirror... having the energy to get back into the gym...feeling light, almost dare I say, as a feather...smiling at another magnificent, colorful, delicious plate of food...the feeling of accomplishment and empowerment... happy happy happy !!!!!
