Vian
I got a really nasty stomach flu once. I was not whole30, but I couldn't keep any food down. Luckily it was only a 24 hour bug. I basically just spent the day in bed trying to sleep, I would wake up about every hour or two and throw up, try to drink as much water as possible, and go back to sleep. The next day I was exhausted despite sleeping most of the day, but my stomach felt fine, so I went to work and was just sooooo tired all day. So after work, I grabbed some pho from my favorite restaurant, went home, ate it, and went to bed and slept about 12 hours, but I felt AWESOME the following morning. I'd suggest just drinking water, broth, and maybe some juice or blended veggie soup (I know juice is not normally reccomended for whole30, but I think if you are really ill and having a hard time keeping food down, juice is at least some calories and nutrients) and trying to rest/sleep as much as possible so your body can fight whatever you have. Maybe try some sparkling water or ginger tea as well. You will probably be fine if you don't actually eat anything, but it's very important to stay hydrated, especially with lots of vomiting and/or diarrhea.
