I lift weights 4 x a week but have been struggling with my diet for the past three months due to mental health issues. hello 5% BF gain... anyway...

Protein - as a girl on this I think it is easy for men maybe harder.

1-2 palms protein at breakfast = 35-50g protein

same at lunch and dinner


105-150g protein rest days


Training days add a preworkout meal of say 15g protein and a postworkout meal of 1-2 palms protein (25-50g protein)

 which makes 145 - 210g protein
