Great article!  I think I've made the transition then!  Cool!


My next question was going to be the reversal of the process.  For example, if I make a choice post-Whole30 to go "off-roading" for a special cultural event, I will I de-rail my great progress?  The article suggests that one day will not uncouple your body's flex-fuel ability.
