Determined to complete my whole 30 successfully this time. Needing more accountability and wanted to keep track

Day 1

breakfast chicken wings sautéed string beans onions and bell peppers half avocado.

Lunch whole foods rotisserie chicken salad with Romaine and spinach tomatoes bell peppers cucumbers, tessemae's dressing Italian and half avocado

Day 2 meal 2 rotisserie chicken from whole foods salad with spinach Romain cucumbers bell peppers tomatoes tessamaes dressing pineapple and half small apple half avocado

Meal three chicken fajita salad half avocado fried plantains and salsa fried in olive oil

Day 4 meal one chicken thighs sauteed green beans onions mushrooms half avocado half banana

Meal two porkchops sautéed string beans mushrooms onions half avocado

Snack olives and baby carrots

Meal three chicken thighs sautéed string beans onions mushrooms half avocado half apple

Squats push-ups

Day five woke up feeling like I was hit by a truck. But grateful to be on the whole 30 journey.

Meal 1

Snap peas sautéed with olive oil and onions pork chops half avocado

Meal 2 snap peas sautéed with onions in olive oil pork chops half avocado banana

Meal 3 broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, pork Chops, half avocado pear

Walked around the park and played in the park with the girls

Snack lara bar
