Date 18 meal one chicken breasts Sautee snap peas broccoli slaw onions peppers mushrooms avocado sweet potatoes

Meal two chicken sausage broccoli asparagus onions half avocado

Meal three same as meal one

Very sluggish and tired today I think it was the bananas from yesterday and day before cut out bananas and see if it feels different

Meal two chipotle Carnitas bowl salsa cucumbers guacamole

Meal three ground turkey string beans spinach onions peppers mushrooms half avocado apple

Tried macadamia nuts today not a food for me to eat food with no breaks

Meal 2 salad compliant hot dogs hamburger chicken salad with tessamaes lettuce tomato cucumbers bell pepper carrots cantaloupe blueberries strawberries half avocado (birthday party)

Meal 3 same as meal 2

Meal 3 hamburger onion salad (from meal 2) plantain fried with olive oil
