Started my first whole 30 on July 30. I was reading ISWF and literally started when I read "start today. Day 6 today and I feel awesome!! Better than awesome!! I was faced with ice cold beer and pizza last night and opted for almond meal crusted chicken with an organic baby green salad. I was hoping no one would ask me for some of mine :). I want get too boastful, still a ways to go but it is weird how cravings have been gone. I find the biggest challenge now are the people who try to sabbotage y not being supportive so that is why I signed up for this group.
