Day 23 (of awesomeness)

I killed it today, foodwise.  This is the first time I've managed to nail the template, use leftovers, and actually enjoy my food at all three meals!

 

Breakfast:

Zucchini noodles (cooked in coconut oil) topped with crumbled bacon, 1/4 avocado, fried onion, and two sunny side up eggs

 

Lunch:

Baby spinach salad with salmon (last night's leftovers), crumbled bacon, 1/4 avocado, fried onion (breakfast leftovers), and chopped strawberries.

 

Dinner:

Zucchini noodles sauteed with ghee, fried onion, an egg, salmon, and 1/4 avocado, with a side of strawberries with almond butter

 

(I know I'm getting a lot of fat here; I was losing weight too quickly so I'm packing in the calories.  Oh darn. :))
