Magrat Garlick
Hi! I'm on day 24 and am suffering badly with hayfever. I can't take an antihistamine due to breastfeeding and I have always kept it under control with a couple of spoons of local honey.Obviously this is not compliant so does anyone have any suggestions on how to help my allergies? I'm on the brink of giving W30 up as I'm so uncomfortable with sore, sticky eyes, blocked nose and a headache!
Coco Nutter
I am also suffering with hayfever and don't like to use antihistamines...so honey is usually my go to as well! I've been researching and I read somewhere that organic apple cider vinegar can help? A tablespoon mixed in with warm water..and I think apple cider vinegar is compliant? Also try some essential oils - peppermint, lemongrass and eucalyptus - mix one drop into 1 tbsp carrier oil (coconut, olive, almond) and rub into wrists, feet, or chest
melbel42
Is bee pollen Whole30 compliant? If so, that should work. I'm under the impression that the reason honey works is because it has bits of pollen it it. You can buy the pollen separately.
