DanielleM
I'm planning on going out for dinner to get sushi. I'm already planning on ordering Sashimi only and bringing my own coconut aminos... what do people normally do for a fat? Do you order a side of avocado? (Or bring your own?) Here is the menu for reference: http://www.kabukirestaurants.com/food/
DanielleM
Just to follow up in case anyone else has the same question- I was able to get avocado slices at 50 cents for 2 slices- not too bad I suppose. I added those to a house salad with no dressing, and shared one of the sashimi platters with my boyfriend.
Angelica Douglas
A few of the places I have been will allow you to get any of the rolls without rice. They'll add more cucumber, avocado, etc... to the roll to make it fuller. It usually costs about $1 more per roll.
Juice06870
most places usually have an avocado salad (house salad topped with avocado). just don't get the dressing, the coconut aminos aren't too bad on the salad actually or you could just get a bunch on the side and eat it with your fish. or just at an avocado before leaving home.
