Day 1 6AM - Chicken Sausage Fritatta with Bell Peppers, Onions and Zucchini 11:30AM - Chicken Sausage Fritatta with Bell Peppers, Onions and Zucchini + Grapes 4:45PM - Single serve bag of cashews 7PM - Sweet Potato Hash Day 2 6AM - Scrambled Eggs with Spinach, Asparagus and Mushrooms - had a headache this morning - 11:30AM - Sweet Potato Hash + watermelon and cantaloupe chunks 4:45PM - Single Serve of Macademia Nuts 6:30PM - Mexican Chicken Recipe with Yellow Squash and Asparagus Because I was a Diet Coke drinker and would drink massive amounts of diet coke, I think I am a little dehydrated.
