Whole 30 after Whole 30

I kept going for 4 months because I liked how good I felt too much to risk letting it go. Then I tried dessert at a restaurant a few times, realized I did not miss dessert, and kept going pretty strictly for a few years. Now after 4 years, I don't worry much when I eat out about what might be in a sauce or if I have some rice noodles with Pho in a Vietnamese diner, but I figure I am near 95 percent Whole30 most of the time. One thing is that I stay Whole30-compliant at home and only go off-plan when away from home. I work from home, so that means I often eat Whole30-compliant at every meal of the day.
