ImGeorgia Posted April 28, 2014 Share Posted April 28, 2014 I am getting myself psyched to start on Sunday, May 11th, I am running a 5K (my first) on May 10thâ€¦.so training running continuously for 3.2 miles first and then starting Whole 30 for 30 days after the Color Run.
