Stacy408
So upon reviewing restaurants, I was sad to find out that most of Chipotle's food is cooked with rice bran oil, which is not Whole 30 approved. So this is what you can have--a salad (get extra lettuce), carnitas, mild salsa (extra), verde or hot salsa, and top with their delicious guac. This will fill you up! B-good burgers (boston area where I am currently working)--Burger patty topped with sauteed onions & mushrooms (they use olive oil), fresh avocado, and lettuce & tomato. Qdoba Mexican-Taco salad, naked (no shell), extra lettuce, shredded pork, pico de gallo, verde salsa, and guacamole. Look for restaurants that serve grass-fed beef or ask for a steak no butter, steamed veggies, and salad no croutons or cheese with olive oil & vinegar.
