My Start Date is May 1st

I'm with you guys! I'm starting May 1st! May is my birthday month, which will make it even more of a challenge, but I figure if I can survive May, I'll finish feeling like I can do ANYTHING!

 

What are some of your goals? I'm looking to reduce some chronic pain in my neck and shoulder, to reduce cravings for sweets and maybe, just maybe, lose a few pounds!

Do you live alone? If so, are you doing the Whole30 with any friends? If not, are the people in your household on board? I'm hoping to get my husband on board. He HATES the thought of giving up beans (he's from the Dominican Republic), but it's ONLY 30 days. Then we can reincorporate beans!

I'm also starting May 1st, I think my biggest goal is to change my relationship with food! I haven't told my 10 year old daughter yet that we are doing this, when I made cauliflower rice, she didn't even notice and was quite happy to eat it, so hoping that continues! Good luck everyone  :)
