Troubleshooting day 4

Hi, it's day 4 for me. I'm super sluggish, have a brain fog and my stomach is a mess. Is this a case of the Whole30 not agreeing with me or a case of, gee, I really need to detox and give it some time? 

 

I'm feeling a little "buyer beware" right now but don't want to give up!

To ensure you're on the right track, post 2-3 days worth of your food log, so folks here can give you feedback on possible tweaks. Include the amount of water you're drinking daily, nightly hours of sleep, and any exercise you're doing.
