MiAmorLu Posted April 28, 2014 Share Posted April 28, 2014 Hi Guys, I'm starting my fist Whole30 today - the idea is to write a post here every day so I stay focused and motivated and who knowsâ€¦I might even become a motivation for othersâ€¦ Here is what my goal isâ€¦actually here is a list : Â· fat loss (lots lol) Â· improving / curing Keratosis Pillars ( skin condition aka chicken skin) Â· kissing occasional binge eating goodbye Â· stopping my addiction to sugar (chocolate in particular) Â· improving my health overall Â· better sleep Â· becoming in control of how I look, feel and how I live my life ( yes, your looks affect the quality of your lifeâ€¦absolutely!) I'm very hopeful and optimistic about this program Oh, I'm also going to try and list the menu of the day and how I feel overall (hopefully every day) I'm going to take measurements tonight and will post the results on my last day of the program! I'm excited to see that there are quite a few people who are starting the same day as I am â€“ may this journey be a successful one for all of us! Cheers, Lulu Breakfast : 3 hardboiled eggs, a glass of GT's Kombucha with chia seeds Lunch: Grapefruit, chicken cooked with onions, tomatoes, garlic and cilantro (yummmmm) ,lots of lettuce.
