RuWag86 Posted April 30, 2014 Share Posted April 30, 2014 Hi everyone! I just wanted to introduce myself. I just started Whole30 yesterday. I've been working out consistantly (2-3 days a week), for the past 6 months doing CrossFit. I've tried eating better, and then always slipped up. I'm really going to commit these next 28 days though. I'm excited for the change I will see in my body, and to see how my performance improves as well. I'm 27 years old, I weigh 221lbs, and I'm 5'2" - so clearly, I need to get this nutrition thing under control. My husband is being very supportive, and I'm glad we'll be eating better together. He hasn't started yet, but will in a couple days. I signed up for daily e-mails to, but they are a day behind. I figure they will stil be helpful, even if it's off by a day. I'm really looking forward to getting to know all of you, and I'll be searching around the forum for any tips! If you have any, please feel free to share here as well.
