New to HIIT

I am new to working out & I'm just getting into HIIT with alternating cardio I also nurse 2 of my children. Since sweet potatoes don't agree with me what can I do to make sure I get in enough carbs & calories to keep me satiated? I start my 2nd Whole30 tomorrow.

Browse through the cooking and food sections of the forum to find discussions of starchy veggies that are not sweet potato - butternut squash, plantains, parsnips, turnips, rutabagas, beets, carrots, hearts of palm, etc.
