Reintroduction Question

Reintroduction question - as you introduce a new food group, do you decrease the amount of protein, vegetables or fat? I.E. if I add a yogurt to breakfast, do I remove the fat? Curious how you work these group back in without going overboard on calories... or just how I could possibly eat something in addition to what I already am (I'm full when I'm done).

You don't worry about the calories because you are not counting them and they don't really matter when you are following the meal template guidelines about portion sizes. Most yogurt is low fat, so you would not replace fat with yogurt in a template-meal. If you do find full fat yogurt, you could reduce or replace your fat content with the yogurt. You could reduce your protein portion in a meal where you add yogurt. But basically, you don't have to think too much about this, just add a cup of yogurt to see how your body responds to the reintroduction.
