Nausea from certain fats

I don't know of any reason why your body would deal with fat from olives or avocados successfully and have problems from ghee, coconut, or meat. The issue may not be the fat itself, but rather other elements. I am not an expert in fat, but I do read widely and have not seen anything that would explain your nausea. Hmm.

Just saw this when I did a search for "ghee" and "nausea." I'm having the same issues! Coconut oil and olive oil are fine, but ghee gives me such a stomach ache! And I know it's that, because I've tried eliminating the other elements of the meal. Weird!
