Jumping on the bandwagon and will be starting May 1st

I have read the book about a month ago but at that moment it was not a good time for me.  I feel that now I am at a place where I can focus and not fall off the wagon.

 

 

I'm doing this to lose weight.  This is the heaviest I have ever been.  My starting weight is 320.  I crept up to this weight from 270 starting about a year ago.  I had a lot going on during that year that has led to this.  I don't know what my end goal looks like but I guess I evaluate it at the end of the 30 days.
