cckern928
I'm done with my Whole30 as of 2 weeks ago! During the Whole30 and post, I have always ate a full breakfast whether I was hungry or not. This has always left me feeling very full physically and thick in my abdomen all the time. I am still not hungry in the morning and wondering if I can start to experiment with waiting to eat breakfast (and perhaps all my meals) until I am hungry. THANKS for any input! almondjoyless
Why not? Try it and see how you feel.
Moderators Tom Denham Posted May 1, 2014 Moderators Share Posted May 1, 2014 Many people do not get the hormones into a stable rhythm after 4-6 weeks. I recommend continuing to eat breakfast within an hour of waking in the morning for at least one year before you begin experimenting with delaying breakfast, especially if you want to experiment with skipping breakfast and not eating until lunch. You can of course do anything you want, but I don't think you are going to have good results delaying breakfast.
