May 1 - Day 1

 

Well, Day One is here. All the crap has been cleaned out of the house. Hubby and I are starting together.

 

Unfortunately, since I woke up at 4am (Ugh!),out of habit, I put stevia in my coffee. I realized it later. Oh well....

 

 

AM (done)

3 boiled eggs

2 slices ham (no sugar)

 

Noon (done)

Cashews

whole avocado

 

PM (Planned)

Stuffed W30A Eggplant

Salad

 

Got my starting weight and although not good, not as bad as I was afraid it would be. <_<

 

I have a headached... :)

 

Oh well, onward and upward (although the scale needs to go downward), as they say!
