WholeSarah Posted May 2, 2014 Share Posted May 2, 2014 I found out about the Whole30 from someone I was following on Instagram and was intrigued. After doing some research I think it's something I want to do. I'm just really nervous about whether or not I'll make it through the thirty days, and how I will feel in that time. I have two little boys, 4 and 2. My husband and the boys will not be joining me on the Whole30, so I worry that preparing food for them that I cannot eat myself will be difficult. The boys are picky eaters and my older son has a tree nut allergy so I don't see this working out for them. I also worry that I will be so cranky from my restricted eating that I will take it out on them. I weigh 95 lbs and I'm about 5 feet tall. I've always been slim but I've also always had a little belly that I'd love to be rid of. Im also perpetually exhausted and have strange aches and pains, so this seems like a great way to potentially get rid of all of that. Any advice or experiences would be appreciated!
