aug Posted August 5, 2012 Share Posted August 5, 2012 I have done and finished the whole 30 plan from start to finish with no issues and saw great results. I have heard people mention something about larabars and had people mention to me to also try pro halo bars and of course these snacks are for when i am done with my current plan but i am just looking for a little feedback as to which would be the healthier of the choices for those quick fix snacks when i don't have any food available to me. befabdaily Posted August 5, 2012 Share Posted August 5, 2012 The Halo bars are loaded with added sugar -- check out the ingredients. Larabars are pretty clean, and they taste OK. They don't have much protein though. When I eat one, I tend to get snack attacks for the rest of the day. I've been liking Primal Pacs as a snack/emergency food. They've got jerky plus nuts plus a few bits of dried berries and mango. The whole mix tastes good together (meat and fruit? I know, right?)
