Day 1 - Spent in the bathroom

I just started yesterday and spent a great deal of time running to the bathroom.  I realize that a change in eating habits can produce a change in bowel habits.  I guess I am wondering how long this might last - doesn't work to well to be in front of a class of students and have to run out to go to the bathroom.  They really begin to wonder when you do it again half an hour later.  I also had a terrible amount of acid reflux.  Both of these issues have been under conrol with medication.  I also take digestive enzymes and probiotics.  Any thoughts???

For breakfast I had two eggs cooked in ghee with kale and some blueberries.  Lunch was chili from the Well Fed cookbook topped with olives and avocado, carrots, tomatoes and sugar snap peas.  Dinner was a mix of ground turkey and ground pork with sauteed kale, cabbage and brussel sprouts and an apple.  I drank lots of water an herbal tea.  A little more background - have had my gall bladder removed and 8 inches of my colon removed.  I have also had gastric sleeve surgery.  I am doing Whole30 to hopefully break my sugar addiction and find out if I have sensitivities to other food groups.
