LisaLulu Posted May 2, 2014 Share Posted May 2, 2014 I know they say you should use animal fats or coconut oil for high heat cooking but what temperature is it safe to use olive or avocado oil to? I prefer them both and tend to cook things at either 350 in the oven or medium heat to saute. Is that okay? Other fats make me really nauseous...
