Hi there just starting my first day!

I am just starting my first day and want to get this right. No half measures. I am suffering from a sugar hangover this morning after being out last night and having carbs and sugar.

I come from the UK and would be interested to hear about permitted food products that we can buy in the UK. I have sent away for coconut milk from Amazon so that is a start. Everything I seem to look at has ingredients in them that are not allowed so any help with this would be brilliant.

I am looking forward to feeling better as I have heard so many positive things about Whole 30.  :)
