Juliet47 Posted May 5, 2014 Share Posted May 5, 2014 I'm on day 22 and just realized there is stevia leaf extract in the FCLO I take. It's my own fault for not looking at the label but I'm curious about whether or not it's ok. In the "Can and can't have" list it's says not to have stevia leaf because it is still sweet and you should learn to appreciate the natural flavored in foods. I don't roll the FCLO around in my mouth, I swallow it whole, so the sweet thing doesn't apply. Is my Whole 30 still on track or did I screw up? Thank you!
