Started today

Hi everyone. I am staring today and very excited but nervous. Can I really do this? I have been eating somewhat paleo for 2 months, but cheating along the way. A sweet dessert, cheeses, dairy, etc. and I need to take those out of my diet now. I am afraid of the roadblocks that are on my calendar, a weekend away with friends where snacks and wine are part of the trip. I am going to need all the support from you all and look forward to giving support back. Welcome everyone. We can do this!
