almondjoyless
Do you guys rotate days or weeks? Are you each in charge of a particular sub-forum? Do you just browse and respond when you feel compelled? Just curious!
CaGirl
Great Question.
GFChris
Except for Robin Strathdee, all moderators are volunteers. We each respond as our availability allows, on topics where we feel we have the knowledge to provide an accurate response.

LindaTuck19
How does one become a moderator if they are interested?
Robin Strathdee
Hi LindaTuck19! Moderators are chosen by the current moderator/administrator team based on time on the forum, program knowledge and experience, ability to provide helpful analysis and support, knowledge of forum rules and general regard in the forum community. Hope that helps!
LindaTuck19
So how can I start that process? Become more active? Is there a test or something, haha?! I really think I would enjoy being one and have learned a lot of lessons during my first 45 days and am about to embark on a 2nd and 3rd broken up by a vacation in between. GFChris
So how can I start that process? Become more active? Yes. Participate. Contribute to individual, group and other topic threads where you have expertise. Become a regular presence here. Over time, work to demonstrate all the facets that Robin outlined. LindaTuck19
Great! I feel like I have so much to contribute based on my own experiences and trials/wins. Thanks for the input! I am currently "coaching" a few friends who have decided to try their first Whole30 as I go into my second. Wish us all luck!

And coaching your friends is a great way to pay it forward. My twin sister was tired of hearing me blather on about it, and tried it for herself and has completely changed her relationship with food (and dropped substantial weight as well). Keep spreading the good food word, friend!
