Starting my Whole30 on 5/19 - nervous!!

Don't be nervous!  I started May 1st, and so far it's been good. Besides getting a 2 day "off my paleo sweeteners" migraine, I pulled through and now on day 7. 


I eased my nervousness by doing a meal plan, looking up compliant recipes, and asking questions to the forum before my start date (some of my paleo recipes were NOT compliant!). 


The forum here is a great place to start :).  You'll do great  - don't overthink!
