Since completing my first whole30, then sticking to the meal templates for my meals with a bit of offroading in between, something dreadful has happened. My nails are now growing so fast, I have to get my gel nail polish replaced so much more often And I can't remember the last time one of them broke either A girl just doesn't have the time for this extra activity in an already busy life, ok Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
