My third baby girl arrived this morning at 02:43, 9lb 3oz, at 41 weeks plus 4 days....labour was a couple of hours and she was born in my birthing pool in my living room, I caught her aswell, it was just lovely :-) Hubby cooked me a big steak at 11am it tasted amazing haha. With whole30 now finished I did have a glass of Prosecco this evening to celebrate though haha. I really feel that the way I have been eating the last few weeks has definitely contributed to my physical and mental wellness and subsequent birth experience /recovery. My biggest baby so far but with zero maternal weight gain in final month of pregnancy, lots of mobility and no swelling at all. This is totally different for me and is evidence of how great whole30 is.
