Day 2: Stomach not happy.

Hello All,


Day two started out great. Woke at 5:30am not feeling too tired, made a breakfast of sweet potato, butternut squash hash with a little ground beef and onions and 2 over easy eggs. Tasted great, was filling. But now...3 hours later my stomach is feeling quite upset. Not quite nauseous, but kind of and a bit crampy. Like the feeling you get when you had one too many adult beverages the night before ha ha.


Is this normal? I read others who were feeling a dash tummy ill in other posts so I am assuming this is normal during the detox period, but I just want to make sure it is. And not due to my veggie/protein/fat ratios.


Any input is appreciated :-)
