Nausea and hives

Hello,

I am loving this program. I was mostly paleo before so haven't touched wheat in ages. I am having some odd symptoms.

One is I get nauseated in the middle of the day. To feel better I grab some almonds and a few pieces of dried fruit, drink some sparkling water, or lemon water.

Another is that I have been getting hives, or a rash. It has been on my back, or where my ankle brace was, almost like I am allergic to my own sweat. I have been recovering from an ankle sprain, but will start running again tomorrow. Maybe I will "sweat it out" and get it out of my system.

Has anyone else had similar symptoms?

Nausea and hives are not typical symptoms of shifting to a whole food diet. Are you eating anything now that you were not eating before? Have you started eating more of something that you had been eating only a little?
