kackel
Used an electronic cigarette to quit smoking. I now use it for pleasure with 0mg 'juice' (50% vegetable glycerine and 50% propylene glycol...basically sugar alcohols). since it is inhaled rather than ingested, is it whole30 approved? Moderators Tom Denham Posted May 15, 2014 Moderators Share Posted May 15, 2014 Nope. Using an electronic cigarette is about the same as chewing gum, not okay during a Whole30. We want you to practice a better life.
mmcbrien0119
Vaping is helping me to quit smoking. Wouldn't it be better to Vape while trying to stop smoking even if it's while I'm doing a Whole 30?
Tina R
I am not an expert or a smoker but wouldn't this be similar to eating artificial sweeteners if you are trying to avoid sugar? To me you are replacing one vice for another. If you feel you need to use these to quit smoking then I would suggest you work on that first and then do your whole30. Good Luck!
